予約制度の導入のお知らせ/Notice of introduce appointment system

平素アイリスD&Cクリニックをご利用いただきありがとうございます。
10月より診察の予約制への移行を予定しております。現在その準備として、再診等のある一部の飼主様には予約のご案内をさせていただいております。10月1日まではその移行期とし、再診がある場合は次回のご予約をご案内させていただきます。オンライン予約システムも準備が出来次第ご案内予定となっております。
また予約制への移行完了次第、現在行っている整理券制度は廃止いたします。ご理解の程宜しくお願い致します。
Thank you for visiting our clinic. From 1st-Oct, we plan to introduce appointment system for exams. Currently, we have arleady started make reservation for the patient who need the follow-up exam. Until October as the transition term, we will keep make reservation who have follow-up appointment. We are also prepareing the online appointment system. Once the online system ready, we will inform you aswell.
Once the appointment system installation has completed, we will finish the number ticket system at the door.
獣医師入退職のお知らせ Notice of veterinarian resignation

2023年9月末日をもち、小池院長および富樫獣医師は退職致します。皆様にはご迷惑をお掛け致しますが、他の獣医師へと引継ぎをさせて頂きます。また、7月より新しく入職した徳留獣医師が小池院長退職後、院長職を担う予定となっております。宜しくお願い致します。
On 30th-September 2023, Dr. Koike (Head doctor.) and Dr.Togashi are going to be resigned. We are sorry for inconvenience of their patients, but a new vet. Dr.Tokudome who has joined us in July is going to fill the head doctor position and take care of all patients.
台風に伴う診察のお知らせ/Notice of the clinic schedule due to typhoon #6

台風6号再接近のため8/4の診療は午後6時で終了となります。
8/5の診察につきましては、公共交通機関(バス)が運休している場合は休診となります。
Due to re-approaching typhoon #6, we will be closed at 18:00 tonight.
On 5th-Aug(Sat), if the public transportation has suspended, we will be closed as well.
