ワンちゃん、ネコちゃん、飼い主様に寄り添った診療に取り組んでいます。We work as a team to help our patients and their families spend many happy years together.
こんにちは。獣医師の徳留と申します。全国各地の動物病院院長の経験や、大学院での修学を通して獣医師として成長してきました。今まで関わった沢山の皆さまの優しさに支えて頂き、多くの経験を積み、学ぶ事が出来ました。心より感謝しております。 診察中の何気ないお話や小さなご家族であるワンちゃんやネコちゃんと触れ合う時間が、私にとって、とても大切な時間です。診察を通して患者さまの小さなご不安もしっかり受け止め、安心してもらえる事を目指しています。ここアイリスD＆Cクリニックにおいても、今までと変わらず誠心誠意、 獣医療に携わっていきたいと思います。 Nice to see you. I am a veterinarian Tokudome. I have worked as veterinary director at several veterinary hospital all over Japan. And I learned in graduate school to make my practice better. I am really appriceated that all of people and animal I have met has supported me and made myself forward. It is very important time for me that communicating with clients and see their small families thorough the conslutaion. My goal is accepting any anxiety from the clients and patietns and gaining trust for satisfying treatment. At IRIS D&C CLINIC, I would like to keep providing better veterinary care in good faith.

明るい院内で、入口近くにある受付カウンター。初診のお客様もお気軽にお問い合わせ下さい。

看護師Nurse
看護師は常時6名体制で勤務しており、獣医師と共に診断、治療、手術など医療プロセスを支え、ペットの健康アドバイスやサポートを行います。Our nurses are always help your pets to be getting better with our veterinarian. We are professional medical team to help you and your pets.
トリミングGrooming
トリマーはペットのストレスを極力抑え、安全で快適な環境で作業することを心掛け、獣医師と連携しながら総合的なケアを担っております。Our groomer treats any patients gently to give them safe and stress-free grooming care. Our gloomer also teams up withe our veterinarian and provide medical gooming.
待合室Waiting Room
不安を抱えるお客様に快適さと温かみのある、居心地の良いオレンジ色を基調とした待合室でお迎えいたします。Our waiting room are colored Orange to make Pet’s owner to relieve anxiety. Please relax in our accommodate seat while you are wating.

血液化学検査機（カタリスト）Blood Chemistry Analyzer (Catalyst)
血液中の血糖値や肝臓の機能を測定する為に重要な肝臓酵素の測定、そして腎臓パネルと呼ばれる生化学検査をこの機材で測定します。血糖値だけでなく肝臓、腎臓機能も測定し、その他の症状も把握します。This can measure the amount of certain chemicals in the blood For example, Blood sugar, Liver enzymes, Renal panel electrolyte and more. Blood chemistry is really important to find disease or evaluate the conditions.
自動血球計算装置（プロサイト）Automated Hematology Analyzer (Procyte)
血液中の白血球5分類、網赤血球(出来たばかりの若い赤血球)を含む赤血球、血小板など、詳細に素早く正確に分析するグローバルスタンダードな測定機。This is a global standard measuring device that rapidly and accurately analyzes various components in the blood, including the five types of white blood cells, red blood cells (including reticulocytes, young red blood cells) and platelets.
院内検査情報管理システムIn-house Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
お客様に正確に素早く検査結果をお伝えするための検査情報一括管理システム。他の検査機からのデータも一括管理しているため手入力によるミスもなくお客様に安心してお伝え出来ます。It’s a comprehensive test information management system designed to provide our customers with accurate and prompt test results. Since it also consolidates data from other testing equipment, there are no manual entry errors, ensuring that we can confidently communicate results to our customers.
X線診断装置（レントゲン）X-ray Diagnostic Equipment
高画質でスピーディーな撮影が可能なX線診断装置です。骨・関節・内臓などを撮影し診断します。This is an X-ray diagnostic equipment capable of high-quality and speedy imaging. It is used for capturing images of bones, joints, organs, and more to aid in diagnosis.
超音波診断装置（エコー）Ultrasound Diagnostic Equipment
内部を動画で見ることが出来るエコー診断装置です。深部まで鮮明な動画が表示されるので、妊娠の診断のみならず心臓や胸部など、超音波による画像診断が可能に。This is an ultrasound diagnostic equipment that allows for real-time video imaging of internal structures. It provides clear video images even in deep areas, enabling ultrasound-based imaging diagnosis for various conditions, including pregnancy, heart, and chest.
手術室（オペ室）Surgical Room
ベッドサイドモニタに麻酔器など充実した機材を設置したオペ室で、診察時からの入院オペから緊急オペまでをしっかりカバーできるオペ室。This operating room is equipped with a bedside monitor and a comprehensive set of equipment, including anesthesia machines. It is capable of covering a wide range of procedures, from scheduled surgeries following examinations to emergency surgeries.
診察室Examination Room
診察はこちらで行います。診察室は全部で3部屋。We conduct examinations here. There are a total of three examination rooms.
入院室（犬用・猫用）Patients Room (Dog/Cat)
それぞれ、犬用、猫用、別々で入院室があります。There are separate patient rooms for dogs and cats.
